Tricia recently celebrated her eleventh anniversary as the Transaction Manager for The Stephanie Mallios Team. As Transaction Manager, Tricia is dedicated to ensuring that our clients, both buyers and sellers, have an outstanding and seamless customer experience. Throughout her professional career, Tricia has focused on helping families achieve their goals. Prior to joining the Stephanie Mallios Team, Tricia was the math teacher at the Children’s Academy Montessori School in Springfield and before that she was a YMCA Youth Sports Director for 10 years.

Kimberly Casciaro

Kimberly joined the Real Estate profession 10 years ago, while living in Manhattan.  As her family grew, they decided to move west of New York City to Maplewood, New Jersey.  Like most, abandoning the urban lifestyle was not an easy decision.  A New Yorker for 22 years, Kimberly thought she would never be able to find another town to truly call home.  She was wrong and Maplewood is now home — she loves it through and through.  After settling her family in New Jersey, she knew it was time to bring her savvy real estate experience to the suburbs of New Jersey to help others find their way from apartment living to more space and grassy yards.
