Sam is the sixth generation of his family originating from Millburn, NJ. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kean University in Communication and Public Relations. Sam first became a Realtor®-Salesperson in 2014 and joined his mentor Stephanie Mallios, a top realtor in the area. Since then he has continued to work alongside Stephanie, broadening his expertise. Sam’s advanced skills in technology, listings, rentals, and sales allow him to find just what you are looking for.
Moving to Jersey City has allowed Sam to understand the differences in demand for residence in both suburban and urban areas.
